Our BAPP Rail division is fully RISQS approved to supply all major railway contractors and suppliers. For clients requiring ‘automotive standard’ product full PPAP documentation can be provided.
Any goods provided by BAPP can be supplied with Certificates of Conformity and Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR). BAPP can also fully support and welcomes any client specific quality procedures and accompanying documentation.
EN 10204 / 3.1 certification can also be provided as standard. BAPP supplies its clients with Test Certificates that offer some of the most comprehensive information in our industry.
BAPP IS FULLY ACCREDITED BY LLOYDS REGISTER FOR THE MANUFACTURER OF CE “MARKED” STRUCTURAL BOLTING ASSEMBLIES TO EN15048 AND EN14399.
Uniquely, we are also approved for the manufacture of EN15048 A4-80SB Stainless Steel Non-preload structural bolting assemblies.

Any goods provided by BAPP can be supplied with Certificates of Conformity and Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR).
BAPP also welcomes any client specific quality procedures and accompanying documentation. Specific export documentation would include full Bills of Lading together with Certificates of Origin from both Embassy and Local Chamber. Added to this would be fully documented Fumigation Certification for all relevant packaging.
Incoming stock is rigorously inspected to ensure physical conformity, tested to ensure performance and fully certificated. Certification to EN10204 3.1 is available for all products as standard.

Verified
RISQS is the single entry point for suppliers to the rail industry. Buyers of products and services throughout the GB rail industry use RISQS as its supplier qualification service.
The scheme embraces rail's qualification arrangements previously known as Link-up. RISQS is industry-owned, sponsored by a board of representatives from across the rail industry. This provides the industry ownership and governance of its supplier qualification arrangements.

UVDB
Achilles UVDB is the community for the UK utilities industry. It enables the utilities sector to use Achilles’ proven supplier pre-qualification system to manage risk within the supply chain and comply with EU regulations, and suppliers to have a unique opportunity to connect with key industry players.
Launched in 1996, Achilles UVDB is managed by a Steering Group consisting of utility buyers to drive industry best practice.
National Highways Sector Schemes (NHSS)
The National Highways Sector Schemes (NHSS) have been developed with the support of UKAS; they are complementary to and interpret the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015. Several different committees are involved in the publication of these documents, which are overseen by the Highways Sector Scheme Liaison Group.
