About the Role
• This job position is based at our branch located in Barnsley.
• Proactively speak to customers on a daily basis in a very busy sales office.
• Be a main point of contact to ensure a smooth process for customers.
• Represent the company to the customer in a professional and efficient manner through effective account management techniques, telephone and email contact.
• Ensure the timely delivery of sales proposals/quotes and solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
•.Must be flexible within the role if needed.
• Outbound proactive calls will also be required within the role.

Requirements
• 2-3 Years Sales Experience required (Advantage, not essential)
• Previous fastener sales/knowledge. (Advantage, not essential)
• Full Driving License. (Advantage, not essential)
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy sales environment.
• Highly organized, conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
• Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
• Flexibility and willingness to work hard.
• Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

BAPP are the biggest independent distributor of fasteners and fixings in the UK. As well as industrial fasteners and fixings BAPP supply a comprehensive range of consumables PPE and tools. BAPP have 14 distribution centres across the UK with a bulk distribution centre based in Barnsley. Trading over 50 years BAPP are a well-established Family run business spanning 3 generations.
