Full Time Warehouse Operative

 

We are currently looking for a full time warehouse operative to work within a well-established team.

Skills / Experience required:

  • Previous fastener sales/knowledge.
    (Advantage, not essential)
  • Full Driving License.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
  • Highly organised, conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
  • Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work hard.
  • Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations.
  • Legal right to work in the UK with a valid passport.

Full Time Sales Administrator Required

 

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

 

Our ideal candidate has attention to detail and an understanding of Microsoft and similar software. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • File purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Update sales board when needed
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

 

Hours of Work:

Monday-Thursday 8.00 - 17.00

Friday 8.00 - 16.00

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

We are currently looking for a full time external sales representative to work within a well-established team.

Duties will include:

  • Proactively speak to customers on a daily basis.
  • Book face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Supporting the relevant internal sales representative by developing and maintaining relationships with personnel at all levels.
  • Be a main point of contact to ensure a smooth process for customers.
  • Represent the company to the customer in a professional and efficient manner through effective account management techniques, telephone and email contact.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of sales proposals/quotes and solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Attend meetings as and when required including and not limited to; weekly and quarterly sales team, operations and tender meetings.
  • Must be flexible within the role.

Hours of Work:

Monday - Thursday: 8.00 - 17.00

Friday: 8.15 - 16.30
